Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of “TVable” (the “Service”) provided by LionHeart Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By using this Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Registration

Users wishing to use the Service must apply through the prescribed procedure. The Company may refuse any registration without obligation to disclose the reason.

3. Account Management

Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or public order (including the laws of their own country)
• Infringe on the rights of others or our intellectual property
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service without authorization

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features require paid plans. Payment methods and billing cycles are defined separately and must be followed by the user.

6. Service Modification or Suspension

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Service. In case of paid services, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user in the applicable month.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan.

9. Language

If this Terms of Service is provided in multiple languages, the Japanese version shall prevail and be the official version for interpretation.
